Creamy Mashed Potatoes
This recipe is very simple and very easy to execute. You can attain perfect fluffy mashed potatoes with only using 3 (yes I said THREE) simple ingredients that is in your home!
Recipe: 1-2-3 Mashed Potatoes.
Ingredients:
1 Bag of All Purpose Potatoes/ Russet Potatoes
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Milk
(Salt to taste)
Directions:
1. Fill a large pot with water and set aside
2. Peel all of the potatoes and cut in half for a faster cooking process.
3. As you finish each potato, place them into the pot of water you have set aside.
4.Once all potatoes are complete and each potato is fully submerged under water, bring the potatoes to a boil (30-40 min).
5. Once the potatoes are tender to touch (check with fork) drain into a colander.
6. Add remaining ingredients and mash the potatoes, add salt as needed.
7. Serve hot and Enjoy!
