Mozzarella Pulls

These mozzarella pulls make the perfect side dish or appetizer! They are quick and easy, anyone could PULL these off !




 

Recipe

Yield: 8 Servings (1 per serving)


Ingredients

1 lb Pizza Dough (homemade or store bought)

1/4 cup Butter

7 Garlic Cloves (chopped)

1 tbsp Onion Powder

3 tbsp Parsley (Minced, fresh or dry)

1 pinch Kosher Salt

1 cup Mozzarella cheese (cubed)


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees .

  2. Take the baking pan you plan on using and coat in non-stick spray or smear evenly with butter.

  3. Place butter, garlic, parsley, onion powder, and salt into a bowl and melt with microwave (microwave time varies), set aside.

  4. Equally disperse 8 balls of the pizza dough and stretch them to a 3-4 inch diameter .

  5. Place one cube of mozzarella into each dough. Fold the sides and pinch the bottom closed.

  6. Place all of the balls into the greased pan (they will expand while baking).

  7. Stir the butter mixture and drizzle it on top of the balls of dough in the baking dish.

  8. Place into the oven , uncovered and bake for 20-30 minutes (Time varies, dough should appear to have brown slightly).

  9. Serve hot & ENJOY!


Hint: You can either use dried or fresh parsley, but the fresh parsley brings a lot of flavor to this dish.

Also, if you are using salted butter, omit the pinch of kosher salt.
